I found the heel ease helped reduce the pain of my plantar fasciitis, by using it over a period of time. The fact it is light and portable powered by batteries is in the practice sense very useful. I was glad I bought the battery charger as it did go through a lot of batteries. I’m still using it daily to ease the pain.
