Regarding the device itself, I admit to being a bit sceptical, but with the effects of my second (painful) round of steroid injections wearing off after only a couple of months, and plantar fasciitis pain building again before my holiday I thought it worth a try.
Turns out it’s been the best £37 I’ve ever spent, the effects are frankly amazing – the pain started to ease significantly after only a few days.
I use it for 10 minutes per foot morning and evening and immediately after my lunchtime 3 mile walks (yes I can walk pain free again) and any slight discomfort disappears straight away.Brilliant little device, thoroughly recommend it!
