It has been a God send. Felt positive effects after a couple of days. Only problem time is if I need to get up in the night. I use it in the evening only now. Have recommended to a couple of people who have since purchased one and are reporting improvements. Found the strap difficult to use as it is difficult to place the node on the painful area and maintain position.
