Dear team,
Having become fed up experiencing plantar fasciitis in my left foot and being unable to run at all I purchased a Plantarcure out of something approaching desperation. I have had it for about 3 weeks now and although I still have the discomfort, use of the Plantarcure (for about 30 mins) after a 20 minute jog does relieve the pain and has enabled me to run every other day – a great improvement in my morale! I am hoping that the problem will eventually resolve in much the same way my achilles tendonopathy appears to have cleared up.
