I have taken the heel ease on holiday with me where I have already done a lot of walking.
I use the Heel ease once a day only mainly , as I have to sit still with my leg elevated as long as the heel ease is attached to my foot.
I have noticed a marked lessening of the shooting pain from my heel since using it , and my tendonitis seems less inflamed . I notice that after about 5 minutes the vibrations particularly seem to hit the spot .
I do however find it difficult to attach the heel ease in the right spot, as my instep in quite High and the elastic band only just about does it.
