Hello Plantarcure. thanks for the product, actually purchased by my daughter Sarah for me. Well its fantastic! A month ago the pain and swelling in my right heel and instep was so bad i was on all fours around the house and could not venture outdoors at all, I had been like this for weeks. The local A&E suggested this would take months to improve.
I used the plantarcure just as prescribed, that is three times a day for ten minutes. Its been a sheer miracle these last three weeks or so. Each day the pain has reduced, now to bearable levels and latterly the swelling is receeding too. I think another few days using the product will banish the pain and swelling completely.
