Thank you so much for this device! My pain relief has multiplied using this. I recently returned from holiday to Portugal and decided not to use it for a few days as my heel was not giving me any pain. I thought this was mainly due to the warm weather and walking in the sand but after a few days the pain returned and I began using it again 3 times a day. I am back at work now and the pain is manageable compared to how I used to feel. I now wake up with no pain in my heel and am sleeping during the night.
