I highly recommend this little heal ease and I have recommended this to many of my colleagues at work. I have suffered plantar facilities for 5 yrs going from one foot to another. I have had custom made insoles. Several injections and even a cast for 6 weeks. This has been a life saver for me. Within a few days I felt relief immediately. I work between 8-10 hrs per day 5 days a week and I am on my feet all of that time. I haven’t limped in 4 weeks now and due to the fact I’m not going home at the end of the day in severe pain I am doing more and more stretching exercises to combat this to help recover fully. I was beginning to think this would never get any better, this little simple machine has been a life saver for me as I have been dragged down by this pain for 5 yrs now.
