Fab product has helped and am nearly back to normal. Easy to use.
I would recommend the battery charger though.
The strap a little confusing and had to wrap it round twice. I cannot see the elastic strap lasting very long as already showing signs of wear.
I would also recommend buying the warranty as I dropped the heel-ease on to my tiled floor and was very lucky that it never broke.
All in all does what it says and I would recommend this product.
8/10. Would have been 10-10 but strap lets it down.
